The 6 week spring challenge is BACK for a 3-peat! The challenge will begin on Monday, March 27, 2023 and end on Saturday, May 6, 2023. There will be 2 CASH PRIZE winners for "best" transformations. 1st Place: $500 2nd Place: $250 This challenge includes both strength training and cardio. There are 5 strength training sessions and 2 cardio sessions per week, following the below structure: Day 1: Lower Body Day 2: Upper Body + Cardio Day 3: Lower Body Day 4: Upper Body + Cardio Day 5: Full Body Each workout includes a warm-up and a cool-down. Video demonstrations are included for all exercises, including the warm-up and cool-down movements. The workouts can be done at home OR at the gym. If doing the workouts at home, here is the equipment you will need (at a minimum): 1. One set of dumbbells 2. Long loop resistance bands 3. Small loop resistance bands In order to be eligible for the cash prizes, you must submit before & after photos. The photos should be emailed to maria@sweatysorrentino.com. You should include 3 photos in your submission: One front-facing photo One side-facing photo One back-facing photo More details regarding photo submissions will be given on Day 1 of the challenge.
