4-Week Full Body Fit

This program is designed to work the entire body over the course of each week. Through combining strength training, functional fitness and core stability, the workouts in this program keep multiple muscle groups engaged and firing the entire time. 

Program Details:

  • Two lower body workouts per week

  • Two upper body workouts per week

  • One core workout per week

  • Warm-up and cool-down exercises included

  • Gym Workout Guide and Home Workout Guide included

  • Video demonstrations included for every exercises, including warm-up and cool-down exercises

Equipment Needed:

  • Gym Workout Guide uses standard gym equipment (mostly free weights - dumbbells, kettlebells, barbells & plates)

  • Home Workout Guide requires only one set of dumbbells and resistance bands (both long loop and small loop) at a minimum
